Properly cleaning upholstery, is much more labor intensive and time consuming than cleaning carpeting. For this reason, choosing an upholstery cleaning service based on price alone, is not a wise move. You may find ads in certain publications by un-documented cleaners who actually have the nerve to claim that they will clean an entire sofa for $20 or $25, but that is complete nonsense I assure you.
You see, it takes about 1 Hour to properly and completely deep-clean a full size sofa and it is definitely much harder work than carpet cleaning, especially when dealing with certain types of microfiber fabrics. NOTE: New upholstered furniture comes treated with stain protector, but this protection wears off over time. Unprotected upholstered furniture will stain very easily and wear out quickly. Having stain protection professionally re-applied after cleaning will double the life of your furniture.
We do not clean Silk, Leather, Suede, Haitian cotton, Velvet or Exotic Natural Fibers.
